Vasant-Navaratri Celebrations
in Omkarananda-Shanta-Durga Mandir,
from 22nd March to 31st March 2023

The lovely Utsava Murti of Shri Omkarananda-Shanta-Durga-Devi resides on Her special Altar, in the Yajnashala of Omkarananda-Shanta-Durga Mandir.

During the holy Navaratri Celebrations additional Yajnas were performed every afternoon. Here one can see Shri Swami Visveshwarananda, offering Ahutis, along with the Omkarananda Ashram Priests.

Shri Swami Vishveshwaranandaji offers lovingly flowers to His adorable Sadgurudev, Shri Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati.

Purnahuti is offered by Swamiji. 

With deep devotion Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati performs Deepa Aradhana for the Divine Mother. 

During these Navaratri Celebrations, Shri Swami Satchidananda, too, offers Purnahuti.

On Vijaya-Dashami a grand Yajna for the Divine Mother took place.

Kumari Somashekhari offers the Purnahuti on Vijaya-Dashami.

Cow's Ghee is poured into Agni Devata.

After having made Puja with the holy grass, which had grown during Navaratri at the feet of Omkarananda-Shanta-Durga, Kumari Somashekhari is cutting it, so that it can be distributed as Prasadam.

Kumari Somashekhari is ready to offer flowers to the Divine Mother.
