The exquisitely decorated Kalasha, with the Divine Presence of the sweet, most beautiful and benevolent Deity, Shri Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi, blesses everybody with her radiant Darshan in the morning.

After the performance of a special Vigneshwara Puja, the Priests started the fourth Kala Yajna Shala Puja and Homa.

At the conclusion of the Hawana in the morning, all the three Swamis of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas carry Dravyam (special holy ingredients, like fragrant herbs, etc.) to the Yajnashala for Purnahuti.

Shri Swami Satchidananda Saraswati, Treasurer, Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, receives the blessings of the Arati, offered by Priest Shri Ganapatheeswaran.

The Utsava Murti of Shri Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi has been nicely decorated with fresh flowers, Sari and ornaments.

Special Evening Puja in the heavenly area of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas.

After sunset all proceed towards the special Yajnashala for further important Pujas and Hawanas.

Here can be seen the vibrant and shining area, where in the night holy worship in form of the fifth Kala Yajna Shala Homa was performed.

To recite portions from all the four Vedas and recite or sing divine Hymns, Prayers and devotional Songs, is an essential part of Worship after completion of the Hawanas. Here one can see Priest Shri Karthikeyan Kailasam, reciting the Nandi Taalam with his powerful voice.

Priest Shri Prathap Anandham, joined by another Priest, recites in an ecstatic way the Naga Taalam. Such rhythmic Prayers, in praise of different Deities, exert an almost magical charm. They are extremely lively, powerful and pleasing.
