REAL WISDOM

Man's nescience has wrought havoc; blasts of adversity and blows of fate seem to be his lot; tons of loads appear to be pressed upon his weak shoulders, and he sits forlorn and crying. The ignorant man's pangs of greed for glittering gold, for fleeting fortunes, has hidden from his sight the infinite treasures garnered in his own heart. An impassioned fostering of ignorance has made living a series of tormenting tragedies, mounting melancholies and hollow hallucinations.

A positive and emphatic affirmation of the earthly kingdom has negated the Kingdom of God in the vast expanse of one's own heart. Lack of sincerity on the individual's part has made deliverance from despondency well-nigh impossible. Utter absence of love for the Divine has closed the portals of Perfection and the fullness of Joy. Life's manifold mourning that clouds the heart and the bitter sobs that shake the frame make one feel that life spells discord, disintegration, disease and death, instead of his being deluged by the bliss of the thought that life springs from the Delight of Divinity, from Awareness, Unity and Immortality.

O Man! discern the objective of your existence on earth, which is a spiritual awakening, a gradual yet grand process of the unfolding of the Consciousness of the Divine, which you are essentially. Through Wisdom, master the secrets of all sciences, know the exact nature of things, tune your self to the workings of the Divine Nature of the Laws of Truth. Wisdom is the key to the Plenitude of Power and Joy. It saves one from countless sufferings and innumerable sins, cuts at the root of ignorance and confers upon you Peaceful Harmony and Absolute Perfection.

Man is whirled round and round in the storm of life when he clings to his ego, his lower self, his limited life. The sorrow of phenomenal life is rooted in the idea of individual living; a living of isolation and suffering, which is fed by the delusion of separative independence and permanent multiplicity of beings. To escape from such a self-made net-work of tormentations, Wisdom is the only means, as that alone will lead you to a realization of the real Oneness of Being.

Wisdom is acquired through right thinking, philosophical reflection, negation of creative imagination in relation to phenomena, attainment of equanimity in pairs of opposites like pleasure and pain and direct experience of spiritual verities.

To know that whatever is found to exist forms merely part of the One Homogeneous Unity of Pure Consciousness is Wisdom: it is the result of the realization of the Divine Oneness of living around us. To be aware of the One Reality - call it whatever you like - with intensity of feeling and to order your lives so as to be in line with Its Kingdom of Harmony and Peace, Sweetness and Bliss, Blessedness and Beatitude is Wisdom. Cherishing deep faith in Truth, love all and serve all; and you will experience the divine Presence ever ministering to your bodies, minds, and souls and crowning your every living with Prosperity and Success, supreme Satisfaction and Supra-Abundance.
