Shri Ganesha Chaturthi Celebration
in Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas,
on 22nd August 2020

A beautifully decorated Altar for Lord Omkara-Mahaganapati was established
near the Hawana Kunda inside the Yajnashala of Omkarananda-Shanta-Durga Mandir
for the special Ganesha Chaturthi Celebration.

A powerful Yajna marked the beginning of the Celebration, which was performed
by Swami Vishveshwarananda, Swami Satchidananda and Kumari Somashekhari,
assisted by the Omkarananda Ashram Priests.

Purnahuti and flowers are offered by Kumari Somashekhari to Agni Devata. 

Arati for Lord Ganesha by Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda and Shri Swami Satchidananda. 

A Kalashayatra starts from the Yajnashala of Omkarananda-Shanta-Durga Mandir
and proceeds towards the Omkara-Mahaganapati Mandir for Abhisheka
of Lord Omkara-Mahaganapati.
