Kala-Bhairava Ashtami Celebrations
in Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas,
on 29th & 30th November 2018

In the night of 29th November 2018, the Celebrations of Kala-Bhairava Ashtami
started at the beautiful Mahakala-Bhairava Mandir, in the Headquarters of
Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas. Outside the Temple, in the Mandapa, an Altar
with Photos of Gurudev Shri Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati and Sant Prabhuji,
had been established, along with the Utsava Murti of Shri Mahakala-Bhairava
and masks of Yogeshwara and Yogeshwari.

A special Svarna-Akarshana Bhairava Yantra, consisting of 108 earthen Kalashas,
filled with holy Ganges water, had been established on this occasion by Priests of
Omkarananda Ashram. During recitation of special Prayers by Suresh Panditji,
Mukesh Panditji offered fresh flowers into each Kalasha.

A powerful Yajna was conducted in front of the Shrine of Shri Mahakala-Bhairava
by a Priest of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, Shri Sanjay Panditji.

The fragrance of this wonderful Hawana permeated the whole environment
of the Headquarters of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas.

Arati by Sanjay Panditji at the conclusion of the powerful Yajna.

In the next morning, on 30th November 2018, the Kala-Bhairava Ashtami
Celebrations in Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, were continued with a wonderful Yajna,
which was completed with Purnahuti. Thereafter Abhisheka, Alankara and Arati
were made with deep devotion for Lord Mahakala-Bhairava, followed by Prasad Distribution.
