Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati
as Chief-Guest for Concluding Function of
3 Days Summer-Camp of Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Teachers' Association,
in Rishikesh, on 6th June 2018

Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati, President Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas,
and Kumari Somashekhari, General Secretary, have arrived at the venue of
the concluding Function of a 3 Days Summer-Camp of Uttar Pradesh
Higher Education Teachers' Association, conducted in Rishikesh.

The Chief Guest, Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda, is lighting the Deepa
in front of Saraswati Devi for an auspicious start of this Function.

A Sanskrit Professor welcomes the Chief Guest and other honourable Guests
at the Dais and also all other Participants of this educational Summer-Camp.

The audience is consisting of Teachers and Professors, who had come all the way
from different places of Uttar Pradesh, like Lucknow, Varanasi (Benares), Ballia, etc.,
to join the 3 days Summer-Camp in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

A Professor, who had come from a very far place, from the town Ballia,
in Uttar Pradesh, 1000 km away from Rishikesh, bordering the State of Bihar,
is garlanding Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda.

Shri D.K. Varshney, a great Educationist from Rishikesh and Vice-President
of Omkarananda Saraswati Nilayam Management Committee, who painstakingly
had organized the whole Function, expresses his happiness and gratitude to Swami Vishveshwarananda for having agreed to be the Chief-Guest of this noble event.

Kumari Somashekhari is welcomed by a Lady Teacher.

Shri D.K. Varshney was honoured with a Mala for his efforts in organizing
and conducting this Function. Everybody is clapping for him in appreciation.

Shri D. K. Varshney introduces the activities of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas
and its President, Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati to the audience.
He is full of praise for the great, tireless and selfless contribution of Swamiji
to Education in the backward area of Garhwal Himalayas, since several decades.
He also talked about Kumari Somashekhari, who, with the Grace of
Gurudev Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati, is propagating
the true Indian Culture through her deep dedication to Indian Classical Dance and Music.

The Dignitaries on the dais and in the audience react
with a strong applause to Shri D. K. Varshney's dynamic speech.

On this day was a terrible heat in Rishikesh, with temperatures rising to
42 Degree Celsius in the shadow. A few small fans brought a bit relieve,
but also not permanently, because of repeated electrical power failures in Rishikesh.
It was remarkable, that in spite of that, all Participants of this noble Function
faced these inconveniences without any complaint.

A great Educationist and Professor from Ballia, Uttar Pradesh,
emphasizes the importance of a good and value-based education.

Another Educationist expresses his views. He was full of praise for the
great contribution of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas to Education for
students in the Garhwal Himalayas region, specially through its
President Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda, with the Blessings of
Gurudev Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati.

Kumari Somashekhari was requested to address the Teachers and Professors.
She spoke about the nobility of the teacher-profession. All the Educationists
were surprised and spellbound to hear Somashekhari speaking fluently
in their Mother Language Hindi.

Swami Vishveshwarananda strongly focussed on the great responsibility of the Teachers,
and he also talked about Shri D. K. Varshney, who is a real Role Model in
the field of Education. People from all walks of life are remembering
Shri D. K. Varshney as their Guruji, who never lost the opportunity to make
his students ideal personalities. Swami Vishveshwarananda further said,
that Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati is not only an Avatara, but also
a real Educationist. He took all the pain to establish more than 35 Schools
in the remote areas of Garhwal for the benefit of Thousands of students.

All the Educationists were extremely happy to receive Rudrakshas
as a special Blessing from the holy hands of Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati.

This Function closed with the singing of
the National Anthem by all Participants.

The Educationists joyously pay their regards to
Swami Vishveshwarananda and Kumari Somashekhari.

The Educationists wave a last "Good Bye" to Swami Vishveshwarananda
