Navaratri Celebrations in
Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi Mandir,

The Priests of Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi
Mandir did their best to establish a colourful Altar for the
great start of Navaratri.
The beginning of the Navaratri Celebrations
was marked by Prayers, Bhajan and Kirtan.
Kumari Somashekhari performs Puja in front
of the beautiful Altar.

The Chief Priest Suresh Panditji is
conducting special Homas during night time of Navaratri, which
are also attended by Swami Vishveshwaranandaji, Sanjay Panditji
and two other Temple Priests.

Shri Vijay Kumar announces the cultural
programme of the evening.
With a glittering dance dress and high
style perfection, Kumari Somashekhari performs in front of
Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi.
Shri Ramesh Uniyalji, a great Garhwali
singer, prays in form of a song in Adoration of Paramahamsa
Omkarananda Saraswati.
Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda is praising
the spiritually charged dance of Somashekhari. He also refers
to the important time of Navaratri and appreciates the hard work, done by
the Priests of Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi Mandir.

getting ready to receive the Blessings from Somaji and the
Priests.
Kumari Somashekhari offers Puja and nice
gifts to a Suvasini and all the Kanyas.
After the wonderful conclusion of Vijaya
Dashami all the Kanyas enjoy a delicious Prasadam in
Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas.
