After the conclusion of the
Maha-Kumbha-Abhisheka a great festival took place on
16th September 2015 evening, in a big tent, next to the
Ganesha Temple. The Festival started with musicians,
playing the drums and dancing in an ecstatic way.

On this occasion free marriages
were conducted. Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda is
blessing the couples.

Somaji, surrounded by a huge crowd,
blesses the newly wed couples with flowers.



Every bridegroom receives a
traditional turban.

Finally 5-Mukhi Rudrakshas are
offered by Swami Vishveshwarananda and Kumari
Somashekhari to the happy couples.

Kumari Somashekhari addresses the
crowd in their own mother language - Tamil. There was
a storm of appreciation.

Swami Vishveshwarananda, in his
speech, pointed out the great devotion, which the
people of Rajapalayam are having for the Vedic Culture.

Shiva-Temple, situated in a calm and quiet area near
Rajapalayam.
