Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration and
Vishwakarma Puja
in
Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, on 17th September 2015
On 17th September 2015 the rare
event happened, that Ganesha Chaturthi and Vishwakarma
Puja Celebrations were falling on the same day,
therefore they were conducted simultaneously.

Sanjay Panditji is performing
Ganesha Puja at a specially erected Altar in front of
Omkara-Mahaganapati Mandir.

Tools and machines of the Ashram
workshop have been nicely placed at an Altar with a
picture of Lord Vishwakarma, in order to be blessed by
Him.


Mukesh Panditji performs Arati for
Lord Vishwakarma.

A special Yajna for
Omkara-Mahaganapati and Lord Vishwakarma is conducted by
Priests of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, under the
guidance of Chief Priest Sureshji. In the background
Ashram-employees are sitting and partaking in the
Blessings of this holy ritual.

Shri Swami Satchidananda Saraswati,
Treasurer of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, is also
joining, along with Swami Pragyananda.

A Priest carries the Kalasha inside
the Shrine of Omkara-Mahaganapati for Abhisheka.
